Your order

Here you can find information on how to order a Wana Bana product: simple and fast, only four steps! You can always change your order before clicking Place order Now (step 4).

1. Choose an item

There are three possible ways to choose a product:

a. At Home page in the area for New Products and Sale products, you can click the shopping cart icon

b. By clicking in the Menu bar the button Accessorises or Home Decoration, you will arrive to the list of products. You can click the shopping cart icon in the selected product

c. At the product information page. There you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking in the button Add to Cart

The product of your choice will be added to the Shopping Cart. Only for tights you can change the quantity until 4 units. To see the new price, you can click at Update Shopping Cart. You can Continue Shopping by clicking at the button with the same name. If you want to finish your order, first get a quota for the shipping costs so you know the final price (the prices of our products include taxes) of your item. Then click Proceed to Checkout.

2. Your details

If you are already registered as a customer, please log in your account. Otherwise fill in your name and address. The star symbol (*) means that the information is necessary to complete the order. The shipment method and costs will be automatically generated. Please note that we standard deliver to countries from the EU. If you are from another country please send us a mail to info@wanabanadesing.com. More information please read Delivery.

3. Payment method

Please choose how you want to pay. You don’t have to pay extra cost for the payment method. We offer the following methods:

  • iDeal
  • Mister Cash (for Belgium)
  • Creditcard (Mastercard and Visa)
  • PayPal (there you have more credit card options)
  • Bank Transfer


4. Overview of your order

In the last column you can see an overview of your order. Do you agree to it? Then click Place order Now.

Please remember that after the last step you can’t change anymore your order, your order has already been sent.

After placing the order

You will receive 3 mails:

a. Order confirmation: here you can find an overview of all the order information. If you haven’t received the mail, please check your junk mail. If it is not there, please call me at +31(0) 642 57 61 80.

b. Invoice: you will receive an invoice for your order after payment confirmation. 

c. Shipment confirmation: After your order, I will carefully control and pack your order. My Parcel will deliver the package using PostNL services. In the e-mail you will receive a track&trace link where you can follow your order status.
